We produce not only so-called German type windows, but also single-sash wooden and wooden-aluminium windows with outward opening (so called Danish type windows).
Three-layer laminated pine is used for the production of the frame and sash; finger-jointed material is knotless. In addition to pine, we also use meranti (a kind of redwood from Malaysia), which is more weather-resistant than pine because of its lower water absorption. Laminated wood ensures structural stability of a wooden window. Profiles are jointed in the corners with mortise-and-tenon joint. The most critical areas of a wooden window, i.e. the bottom part of sash and frame, are protected with aluminium profiles. Design options available with wooden and wooden-aluminium windows are further enhanced by the diversity of different profile systems and materials, ornamental and glazing bars, accessory and coupling profiles.
Round, arched, triangle, trapezoid and angle windows are possible.
Environmentally-friendly water-based coatings are used as finishing materials – both non-transparent paints and transparent stains. Various ventilation and security equipment may be mounted on windows.
We furnish a long warranty for all our windows. If properly maintained, our windows will ensure that your home is warm and light for many years to come.
Processing of wooden and wooden-aluminium windows is energy efficient, such windows are easy to repaint and renovate if damaged. Wooden windows are for people who have stayed loyal to a traditional material – wood – that has proved its durability and suitability over the centuries. Wooden windows may be used in the construction of new buildings as well as in the renovation of old houses.
