Reconstruction of a building in Riga

Object: Kurzemes prospect 3, Riga

General contractor: MERKS

Glazing volume is around 2000 m², 4 facades.

The object is the former factory “RADIOTEHNIKA”. The building is being fully reconstructed. On the first floor there will be a supermarket “PRISMA”.

Window constructions are band windows. For the project realization the whole new special fastening and window binding system has been thought-though and brought into life. It’s been made to meet all the static and thermal requirements.

At the moment our workers are assembling windows on the 2 opposite facades of the building. It’s planned to finish these sides by the end of this month.

The whole object should be put into service by the end of August 2011.

Modernization of Yazep Vitol's Music Academy

Yazep Vitol's Music Academy is being fully modernized. At the moment the modernization of equipment and rooms is being held.

We participate in this project as a company, which task is to produce fire-resistant aluminum inner doors and aluminum facade system.

The biggest challenge of this project is tight schedule.

General contractor of the project is construction company VELVE.

We are honored and ready to cooperate with such a recognized construction company as VELVE.

Schools in Rezekne

September is a step away already!

We have signed a contract with a construction company RBSSKALS for changing windows in 3 schools in Rezekne city. We were ones of the rare applicants, who could offer the best price and guarantee the windows' production and assembly in a very short period of time.

The works has begun, and there is tense schedule, which assumes that already on the 1st of September children will be looking into new windows produced at our factory in Adazhi.

DnB Nord bank building got the prize for the best architecture!

We are honored and proud, that we produced and assembled aluminum facades in DnB Nord bank building, which has won the prize for the best architecture of 2011.
